Critical disclosure — please read
This page explains what AME Mechanica LLC does and does not do in aviation parts transactions. You should read it before requesting quotes or relying on our brokerage services.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that AME Mechanica is an introducer and coordinator only; contracts for parts are between you and the seller of record unless otherwise agreed in writing with that seller. Warranties, liability for the goods, and regulatory obligations for supply and certification lie with the seller of record and with you as buyer or operator, as applicable—not with AME Mechanica as broker.
1. Independent broker and commercial introducer
AME Mechanica LLC operates only as an independent aviation parts broker and commercial introducer. We are not a manufacturer, distributor, stockist, FAA-certificated repair station, EASA Part 145 organization, or maintenance provider.
AME Mechanica LLC is NOT:
- • An aircraft parts distributor, wholesaler, or retailer
- • A seller, merchant, or party to any sales transaction
- • An FAA-certificated repair station (14 CFR Part 145)
- • An EASA Part 145 approved maintenance organization
- • An EASA Part 21 production or design organization
- • A parts manufacturer or original equipment manufacturer (OEM)
- • An FAA-approved organization under any regulation
- • A component manufacturer approval (PMA) holder
- • A technical standard order authorization (TSOA) holder
Our role is to receive RFQs, introduce qualified suppliers, and help parties communicate. We do not sell, certify, release, or deliver aircraft parts ourselves.
2. No ownership, inventory, or physical possession of parts
AME Mechanica LLC does not and will not:
- • Purchase, acquire, or take title to aircraft parts or components
- • Maintain physical inventory or warehouses
- • Stock parts on consignment or any other arrangement
- • Act as a middleman in the transfer of ownership
- • Handle, store, or possess aircraft parts at any time
Parts we help source are owned, stocked, and sold by third-party suppliers until transferred to you under your agreement with them.
