Supplier Prepares Quote

The approved supplier (seller of record) prepares a formal quotation including pricing, lead time, availability, and documentation details (FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, etc.).

You Receive Direct Quote

You receive the quote and invoice directly from the seller of record. AME Mechanica facilitates the introduction but is not party to the transaction.

Direct Transaction

Upon approval, you transact directly with the supplier. The seller ships the part with all required release documentation and handles all post-sale support.
