Important notice

By accessing this website or using AME Mechanica's brokerage services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services. If we update these Terms, your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms," "Agreement") are a binding agreement between you (the "User," "you," or "your") and AME Mechanica LLC ("AME Mechanica," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of our website at https://amemechanica.com and related services, communications, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By using this website, submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ), contacting us, or otherwise using our brokerage services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms
  • You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements
  • If you act for an organization, you are authorized to bind that organization
  • You will comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your use of the Services

These Terms include by reference our Privacy Policy, our export control information (including the Export Control page on this site), and any other legal notices or policies we post here.

2. Nature of services — independent broker

AME Mechanica is an independent aviation parts broker

AME Mechanica acts only as an independent aviation parts broker and commercial introducer. We are not a parts distributor, manufacturer, or seller of record. We connect buyers with approved suppliers in our network and assist with communication and coordination.

AME Mechanica explicitly does NOT:

  • Purchase, acquire, or take title to any aircraft parts or components
  • Sell aircraft parts as a principal in any transaction
  • Maintain inventory, warehouses, or physical stock of aircraft parts
  • Certify, test, inspect, overhaul, or repair aircraft parts
  • Issue airworthiness certificates, FAA Form 8130-3 tags, or EASA Form 1 documents
  • Provide warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding part condition
  • Act as seller of record, merchant of record, or party to sales contracts
  • Handle payments, escrow funds, or process financial transactions between parties

AME Mechanica's services are limited to:

  • Receiving and processing RFQs (Requests for Quote) from qualified buyers
  • Forwarding RFQs to approved manufacturers, distributors, and repair stations
  • Facilitating communication between buyers and potential suppliers
  • Providing market intelligence and general sourcing guidance
  • Coordinating logistics and documentation flow (as an intermediary only)

Aircraft parts offered through our Services are supplied and sold by the seller of record—typically the manufacturer, authorized distributor, or FAA- or EASA-certificated repair station. That seller is solely responsible for authenticity, airworthiness, certifications, warranties, and other legal obligations for the sale. AME Mechanica cannot change or override the seller's terms.

3. User eligibility and authorized use

Our Services are intended for qualified aviation industry participants. By using this site, you represent that you fall within one or more of the following categories:

You represent that you have the technical knowledge, experience, and authority appropriate to evaluate aviation parts and enter commercial agreements for yourself or your organization. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

We may verify identity or authority, request supporting documentation, and decline or discontinue service for anyone who does not meet these expectations or whose use of the Services could create compliance, sanctions, or safety concerns.
